On June 7th, Suzann Pettersen won the Manunlife LPGA Classic in Ontario, Canada. It was her 22nd professional win, the 15th on LPGA, and her first since 2013. Her bag is stuffed with Nike products.
«I kept digging deep and finished strong.I feel like I played some really good golf this week. It’s nice to be back», Pettersen said after her win by one shot over Brtittany Lang.
Pettersen relied on her Nike Golf equipment en route to a 22-under overall finish. She recorded two eagles and 21 birdies throughout the tournament, thanks in part to her Nike Vapor Pro Combo irons. These irons have an innovative Modern Muscle design. Modern Muscle is defined by balanced weighting for perfected precision and power.
Relying on her Nike Vapor Speed driver, Pettersen averaged 278 yards driving. The Vapor Speed driver blends three key technologies: Nike’s FlyBeam-reinforced Covert Cavity Back design, a reengineered Compression Channel and FlexLoft 2. According to Nike, all of these are vitalto maximize distance and consistency.
Pettersen utilized the Nike RZN Black golf ball with Speedlock RZN core technology. This design features an interlocking core to promote better energy transfer between layers at impact for faster ball speed, longer distance and more stability into the wind.
She also sported apparel from Nike Golf’s performance collection and the Nike FI Impact 2 shoe, which will be available on July 1st.
