The Els Club Malaysia introduce a brand new collection of imagery of its Desaru Coast Ocean Course. Showcasing the vision of Ernie Els and the beauty of Malaysia’s southernmost tip in the region of Johor Bahru.
The course imagery depicts the three 9-hole loops; The Coast (the third hole pictured above), The Lakes and The Ridge, bringing to life the quality and distinction of each course. The layout was inspired by four-time Major Champion, Ernie Els, who has built a reputation as one of the world’s preeminent designers, imparting in his creations his experience of golf courses from all over the world.
17 kilometers of Desaru coastline
Desaru Coast spans over 3,900 acres of the 17 kilometers of coastline adjacent to the South China Sea. The 45-hole property, which also encompasses the Els and Vijay Singh-designed Valley Course, provides golfers with the quality of an Els-designed layout combined with a beautiful surrounding in which to relax and facilities to hone their skills.
These include The Els Performance Golf Academy, which is the first of its kind in the region. Also the Big Easy Bar & Grill and the relaxed terrace café, Café 261, with golf course views.

Easily accessibility via road, air and sea, the Troon-managed destination is growing in popularity. In close proximity to the golf courses there are several resorts and hotels right at the Desaru Coast as well as local water parks and culture.
