The Experience Golf launches 2027 Ryder Cup tours across Ireland

Three new premium tours combine rounds at leading Irish courses with official admission to the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor.

The Experience Golf has introduced three premium itineraries pairing admission to the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor with rounds at courses in Dublin, Northern Ireland and south-west Ireland.

The 2027 Ryder Cup will bring Europe and the United States to Adare Manor in County Limerick from 17-19 September, and tour operator The Experience Golf has announced three golf-and-tournament packages built around the centenary contest.

Each itinerary combines official Ryder Cup admission with accommodation, golf, transfers and selected meals. The packages are designed for travellers who want the competition to be part of a longer Irish golf journey, rather than a stand-alone tournament visit.

Three routes to Adare Manor

The eight-night Dublin itinerary runs from 12-20 September 2027 and is priced from £12,730 per person. It includes four rounds, at Royal Dublin, Portmarnock, Brittas Bay and Killarney’s Killeen Course, plus admission on two Ryder Cup days.

A nine-night Northern Ireland option runs from 11-20 September and starts from £12,558 per person. Its golf programme includes both the Valley and Dunluce courses at Royal Portrush, alongside Portstewart, before four days at Adare Manor.

The third package, an eight-night south-west Ireland tour from 12-20 September, starts from £12,714 per person. It features Dooks Golf Club, Dingle Golf Links and Tralee Golf Club, with three days’ Ryder Cup admission. Arnold Palmer, who designed Tralee’s opening nine, once said: “I may have designed the first nine, but surely God designed the back nine.”

A tournament week with time for golf

All three programmes include daily breakfast, clubhouse lunches on golf days, selected group dinners, transfers to the tournament and golf courses, sightseeing experiences and support from The Experience Golf team.

Richard Payne, Director of Commercial Strategy and Golf at Lyvera Group, said the aim was to help visitors make fuller use of their time around the event.

“The Ryder Cup is one of the most sought-after experiences in world golf, and we wanted to create packages that allow guests to make the most of their time in Ireland and beyond.

“By combining access to the biennial event with rounds at some of the game’s most iconic courses, we can offer a truly memorable golf trip that brings together world-class sport, exceptional golf and outstanding hospitality.”

Adare Manor’s Ryder Cup course was designed by Tom Fazio and sits along the banks of the River Maigue. From the championship tees it measures 7,509 yards and plays to par 72; its 14 elevated greens and closely mown surrounds put a particular emphasis on recovery shots and precise approaches. The 2027 match will be the Ryder Cup’s centenary staging and Ireland’s second hosting of the event, following the 2006 contest at The K Club. The competition days follow four build-up days at Adare Manor. Dates Announced for the 2027 Ryder Cup

For golfers considering the south-west itinerary, Adare itself offers a little context beyond tournament week: guided visits in the village include its thatched cottages and the 13th-century Desmond Castle, subject to availability. The Adare Heritage Centre
