Who thought playing golf outdoors, on greens, is possible in mid winter Norway?
Well, most winters some courses in the Southern part of the country, renowned, as The cradle of skiing are playable more or less all year. Even though not all of them with their greens open.
The nine hole course of Ski Golfklubb, just a 15 minutes train ride south of the capitol, Oslo, offer play on proper putting surfaces every day when the course is not covered in snow. And honestly, snow is not as common here as one would think after looking up the location of the city of Ski on a map.
The video beneath, as well as the image at the top, were recorded on January 18th, in Ski . Enjoy!
