Two massive Colorado ranches with astronomical price tags have sold in the past week to well-known CEOs. Both deals were brokered by Hall and Hall, a real estate company specializing in ranch brokerage in America.
Seven Lakes Ranch, (pictured above) Greg Norman’s iconic Colorado Ranch, sold to Chuck Kuhn, CEO of JKLH, and Founder and CEO, JK Moving Services. Brian Smith of Hall and Hall had the listing.
The Piedra Valley Ranch, a vast 9,600 acre retreat near Pagosa Springs, Colorado sold to Shawn Broussard, the CEO, president and founder of Service First Mortgage in Dallas. Cody Lujan of Hall and Hall had the listing.
