Bintan Golf Club

Ria Bintan Golf Club in Indonesia, with its Ocean and Forest courses, was designed by golf legend Gary Player. It opened its doors to their first guests in 1998.

The 18-hole Ocean Course (pictured above) unfolds next to the South China Sea, offering tantalizing ocean views, challenging signature holes and picture-perfect scenery. While the 9-hole Forest Course, set amidst mature woodlands, tests the mettle with its various bunkers and fairways artfully placed.

Ria Bintan Golf Club has been consistently named among the top golf courses in Asia and Indonesia over the past two decades, and played host to numerous regional events. Among them the annual Ria Bintan Golf Challenge, and more recently Ria Bintan Golf Carnivals in 2018 and 2019.

Signature holes

The Ocean Course Holes 7 and 8 are the holes most often remembered by visitors after having played. Also the Par 3 9th and the lovely 10th along the pristine beach are on many guest’s short list.

Ria Bintan Golf Lodge is the club’s 27-room accommodation facility at the Clubhouse with views of the golf course and ideal for a golf escape.
