Tuscany’s Argentario Resort in south west Tuscany has introduced two ‘Golf & Yoga’ retreats in 2020 that are aimed specifically at lady golfers and beginners who are just taking up the game.
The events will take place in March and May this year.
In addition to yoga classes every morning, the experienced golfers will benefit from daily tee times over Argentario’s championship course in the foothills of Monte Argentario. And also have access to extensive training facilities and driving range.
Whilst the beginner golfers will be given two hours of golf coaching per day and unlimited access to the training facilities with unlimited range tokens.
Golf professional, Kasia ‘Kate’ Selwent, will run the coaching sessions throughout the five-day package whilst experienced teacher, Mariah Noelle, will lead the yoga lessons.
By the Ortbello Lagoon in Tryhennian Sea
The course is overlooking the Orbetello Lagoon in Tryhennian Sea. The undulating front nine runs in and out of cork-oak woods showcasing local flora and fauna whilst the back nine meanders gently through romantic, centuries-old olive groves that supply the Resort’s kitchens with olive oil all year round.
As part of the package there is also access to the extensive 2,700 square meter MediSPA and Espace Wellness Centre with its heated indoor pool, humid zone and gym.
Other activities that can be undertaken at the 5-star Argentario Resort include swimming in the outdoor and indoor pools, tennis, padel, mini football and jogging on different trails set out on the property,
The Resortoffers two restaurants, the Dama Dama and the Club House. Here guests can enjoy healthy, local Tuscan cuisine prepared from locally-sourced produce in stylish, yet comfortable surroundings.
